Shawn Greer

Shawn Greer is a Construction Manager with MBP, where he oversees projects with a focus on collaboration, quality, and long-term success. With over 25 years of experience in heavy civil and construction management, he is passionate about building not just projects, but also strong teams and lasting relationships. 

Outside of work, Shawn has a deep appreciation for his heritage and enjoys researching his ancestry. Fun fact the American frontiersman Daniel Boone is Shawn Greer’s 7th great uncle. He is also a lineage member of the American Clan Gregor Society and an active member of the Fauquier Scottish Society, Shawn can often be found volunteering for Clan Gregor/MacGregor at the Virginia Scottish Games. Shawn and his wife, Jenn, share a love of travel and visit Scotland whenever possible to further connect with their roots. 

A resident of Fauquier County for the past 18 years, Shawn is committed to giving back to the community he calls home. He values opportunities that strengthen connections between local organizations, schools, and residents, and he believes that service and leadership go hand in hand. Through Leadership Fauquier, he looks forward to expanding his impact, growing as a leader, and contributing to initiatives that help the county thrive.
