Richard Benavidez

Richard Benavidez was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia. He began his career in local government with Fairfax County, where he served for three years before transitioning to Fauquier County. He currently holds a position with the Fleet and Facilities Department for the Town of Warrenton, where he has been for the past three and a half years. A passionate automotive enthusiast, he finds fulfillment in applying his interests to his professional role in service to the community. He is committed to continuous learning and growth within the Fauquier community through his Leadership Fauquier cohort. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his significant other, family, friends, and dog.
