Joanne Hilliard

Having lived in Northern Virginia since 1999, Joanne has proudly called Fauquier County her home for the last 8 years–loving its quaint, small-town feel.  Through her professional career, she has worked as a bank executive, a licensed mortgage advisor and now spends her days creating seamless client service interactions for both new and existing clients at Meridian Financial Partners–an investment firm in the heart of downtown Warrenton.   A deep care and concern for others and authentic nature have always been two core values reflected in every professional endeavor.

Outside of work, Joanne loves spending time with her husband of 15 years and their almost 14-year-old poodle.  She enjoys every moment on her Yoga mat (with the hope of someday getting certified to teach), loves inspirational quotes, spending time with family and friends and savoring peaceful moments in nature.  Through Leadership Fauquier, she is eager to foster a connection with like-minded individuals and build meaningful and lasting relationships within the community.  She is hopeful the journey through this program will also lead her to some rewarding volunteer opportunities.
