Hutch Putnam

A 26-year veteran of residential real estate construction and sales, Hutch is widely recognized by his colleagues and clients alike for his high standard of professional ethics, his ability to quickly interpret and manage difficult situations, and creative problem solving. Having recently relinquished the reins of his sales business, he founded the Locally Focused Investment Fund which is working to bring infill development projects and evergreen businesses to small and mid-sized towns … beginning with Warrenton. Hutch grew up in Warrenton and in 2021 moved back to his hometown where he lives with his amazing wife and three fun-loving children. He is an alumnus of Fauquier High, the University of Virginia where he studied Government and Urban Planning, and Harvard University’s Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate. He is an Eagle Scout and an avid fan of the Washington Commanders. Hobbies include hiking, reading, music, architecture, and urban design.
