Carissa Wadding

Carissa Wadding serves as the Director of Human Resources at Chambers Theory and is the founder of Vantage HR Consulting, a Warrenton-based firm dedicated to helping organizations build strong, people-centered workplaces. She made Virginia home in 2015 and recently spent four years living abroad in London, working in the Community Liaison Office at the US Embassy. Her diverse professional experiences have shaped her passion for developing talent, fostering meaningful connections, and creating opportunities that empower individuals and organizations to succeed. Carissa holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She is also committed to giving back through service on local nonprofit boards and supporting initiatives that strengthen her community. Outside of work, Carissa enjoys gardening, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her family. She loves discovering flea markets and cafes when she travels and believes the best conversations happen over a good cup of coffee.
