Liz Witt-Lee

Liz Witt-Lee is the Director of Strategy at Meridian Financial Partners where she oversees the planning and execution of the firm’s strategic initiatives.  She joined Meridian earlier this year after more than 25 years supporting federal agencies as a program and project manager.  A proud graduate of Leadership Prince William’s class of 2015, and a longtime community leader, she’s passionate about empowering others, fostering connections and strives every day to have a positive impact on those around her. 

Leadership Fauquier is a vital part of this community, and as Board President, Liz is very much looking forward to bringing together individuals from all backgrounds to guide and mentor rising leaders, encourage civic engagement, and support economic growth by building leaders who understand the local challenges and opportunities.
