Rachel Moore

Rachel Moore is the co-owner of Heroic Axe, a restaurant, entertainment venue, and community gathering space dedicated to supporting Veterans, First Responders, and the organizations that serve them. Prior to Heroic Axe’s launch, Rachel spent more than 14 years in the senior care industry, primarily in assisted living and memory care communities, where she served as a trusted advisor to seniors and their families as they sought the right balance of care, independence, support, and quality of life. Throughout her career, she has been driven by a passion for building relationships, serving others, and creating meaningful experiences. Today, she leads community engagement, events, and partnerships at Heroic Axe, where she combines her love of hospitality, service, and community building to support local nonprofits, fellow small businesses, Veterans, and First Responders. Rachel believes meaningful relationships are at the heart of strong communities and is passionate about creating opportunities that connect people, support local organizations, and make a lasting difference.
