Dr. Amie Bowman

Dr. Bowman is an energetic and accomplished leader with exceptional expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning, instructional design, and executive education. Since 2024, she has served as Executive Director of the Northern Piedmont Sports Club, where she provides strategic leadership and oversees organizational operations, community engagement, and long-term growth initiatives. Throughout her career, she has designed and delivered a wide range of leadership development and subject matter courses for audiences spanning undergraduate students to executive-level professionals. Her expertise lies in applying enterprise-level strategic thinking to complex organizational challenges, including change management, strategic planning, organizational culture analysis, diversity and inclusion, and identifying critical interdependencies across organizations. Her background as a counterterrorism analyst, where she developed the ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and deliver effective solutions with minimal direction, provides extensive experience working in ambiguous, high-pressure, high-stakes environments. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dr. Bowman is the proud mother of three adult children.
