Tracy Werner

Tracy Werner is a dedicated Emergency Communications Supervisor for the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office. She is a NENA Center Manager Certified Professional, an APCO Registered Public Leader, a Certified Training Officer, and an APCO Instructor. In 2023, she was honored as the Virginia APCO Supervisor of the Year and currently serves on APCO’s Historical Committee. Tracy is committed to fostering inclusion among her peers and fellow first responders, and she inspires others to be efficient, accurate, proactive, and professional. Tracy has worked with Fauquier County as a Public Safety Telecommunicator for 18 years, including the last 9 years in a supervisory role.
