Andrea Brubaker is the Director of Business Development at Broadview Pest Management, where she oversees growth strategies, client partnerships, and community initiatives across Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Dedicated to serving others, she focuses on protecting public health, promoting environmentally responsible practices, and educating communities on pest prevention. Known for her determination and strong work ethic, Andrea also contributes to professional associations, local business organizations, and leadership mentorship programs. A member of the Fauquier community for nearly 40 years, she looks forward to investing more of her energy locally as part of Leadership Fauquier’s Class of 2026.
